It replaces an earlier digital console assembly (16554) that was used from 1998 until 2003. Comes complete with throttle pot, throttle (wig wag) lever, speed pot, key cylinder, key, and battery indicator. Note: Due to the way the PaceSaver tiller is configured, this throttle and console unit requires some assembly by the user. The console housing is
