This oversized dress has drop shoulder seams and 3 4 sleeves that can be worn down or in a thick cuff. It has breast pockets with flaps and is pleated with a cinched waist (no stretch). The a line full skirted portion has side pockets. This dress has the old Norma Kamali and Giorgio Beverly Hills labels. Appears barely, if ever worn. Some small white spots that just appear to
