Navy WWII Emergency Fishing Kit No. 5, still sealed in the original canister. In the sea, their only source of food would be rations on hand, and fish, so to survive an extended time at sea, fishing was the only option for food, as well as the water the fish contained. The kit would consist of an OD Green HBT roll, containing various fishing hooks, lures, and lines. There may also be some
