Venica & Venica 'Ronco del Cerò' Sauvignon Collio, 2024 cremant de Bourgogne We are super excited to100% Sauvignon Blanc, from Daniele Venica's first Sauvignon Blanc vineyard, purchased in 1929. The wine is fermented on its lees, entirely in stainless steel, under cool temperatures to preserve the wine's delicate fruit character. It is pure, clean, and a real treat. Pair it with a rich and flavorful ratatouille.
