Constructed of brass and silver, consisting of a blackened non magnetic brass core within a ribbed silver frame, the obverse with a central mobile swastika, the six oclock arm with a reinstitution date of 1939, the reverse soldered with a circular magnetic metal disc perforated at the quadrants with eyelets presumably for sew on attachment, unmarked, measuring 44. 32 mm
