Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with ribbed borders, the obverse overlaid by a white enameled medallion bearing a hand painted red Prussian imperial eagle, the reverse overlaid by a central monogram of King Friedrich Wilhelm II, the twelve oclock arm topped by a suspension ring
