This is a very nice original German WWII Era NSDAP (NSDAP) Party Enameled Badge Pin, made before the RZM numbering system was fully put into place in late 1934. The back has the mark GES. GESCH embossed on the bottom, which is short for Gesetzlich Geschtzt (Protected By Law), indicating that the pin was a trademarked design.
