These are extremely unusual and not the typical GI war souvenir to make its way home to the U. S. This is a quality heavy leather construction belt pouch intended exclusively for Medics in the field. It almost looks like an over sized ammunition pouch or binocular case, but inside the lid is a full listing, on paper in German of the medical contents. The interior has two ribbon raising straps for easy access to the
