A wonderful note written in Spanish signed by the General at the bottom of the manuscript and by Ignacio Barcel. In this document, the Argentine leader speaks about Chile and recommends Jose Ignacio Barcel (father of the Chilean jurist Jose Maria Barcel 1835 1887) from the Chilean army
