The can is constructed of plated steel with a brass screw filler cap in the middle, and a brass oiling nozzle on the corner. Both caps still retain their retainer chains. The can measures approximately 7" x 5" x 3 3 4", for a capacity of approximately 3 pints. It is encased in a very nice leather carrier, which is marked and dated on
