The raw material is Marcy White Russets, 100% of which are sourced at Ray Kioski's farm on Sound Avenue. 15 pounds of potatoes go into every bottle. Production runs from August through April. 1. 5 million pounds of potatoes go through the stills during the production months. 40% abv.
